GOP Rep. Boebert Apologizes for Vaping, Petting, and Singing at Play

Boebert Admits Behavior After Theater Releases Surveillance

Controversial Colorado Republican Backtracks on Initial Denials

U.S. Representative Lauren Boebert (R-CO), known for her outspoken conservative and anti-establishment views, has apologized for her behavior during a recent Denver theater performance. Surveillance video released by the theater shows Boebert vaping, petting a man, and singing during the performance of the musical "Beetlejuice."

Initially, Boebert's spokespeople denied the accusations, claiming that she had not vaped in the theater. However, after the video evidence was released, she issued a statement apologizing for her actions.

"I want to apologize for my behavior," Boebert said in a statement. "I was wrong to vape in the theater, and I regret that my actions caused a disruption for other patrons."

Boebert's behavior has been widely condemned by both Democrats and Republicans. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has called for the Ethics Committee to investigate the matter.
