Arne Slot is set to become Liverpool's next manager after a compensation deal worth up to £80m was agreed with Feyenoord, according to reports.
The Dutchman, 45, has been in charge of Feyenoord since 2021 and has led them to the Dutch Eredivisie title and the KNVB Cup.
Slot is a former defender who played for Feyenoord, NAC Breda and Excelsior. He began his coaching career with AZ Alkmaar in 2019 before moving to Feyenoord two years later.
Slot is known for his attacking style of play and his ability to get the best out of young players.
He is expected to take over at Liverpool in the summer, replacing Jurgen Klopp, who is leaving after seven years at the club.
